Working on this week's list and I need an opinion

Since it's Father's Day, I set out pretty late today for prices so I've only done 1 store.  I thought I would re-gather prices for last weeks coupons to see if there was much fluctuation.  I didn't notice much.  A few prices went up, a few went down.  Not by a lot.  I'm just wondering what stores tend to run sales on products when a coupon comes out for it and vice versa, which stores jack their prices up when a coupon is out.  What do you think?  Do you think it would make the blog too much of a mess or do you think it's that little bit extra that I need?  Maybe if I just kind of keep an eye out for deals since I learn the coupons pretty well after visiting 5 stores and write it down when I notice something?  Or would it be better and keep the site a little less chaotic if I went after all the prices and only listed which ones changed.  I had planned to do it until the coupons expired.
